The sweets of the Via Francigena

The passion for the paths and my profession of pastry chefs have led me to work on ancient recipes, studying the habits of the pilgrims and the foods that they would find along the way. The “sweets of the Via Francigena” stem from the selection and balanced combination of ancient ingredients light and nutritious which give the right amount of energy to the traveler: to be enjoyed and savored along the way!.
