Brutti ma Buoni & Nocciolini

Brutti e Buoni: this delight is based on hazelnuts, almonds, egg white, cocoa, cinnamon and rice starch. In the first step, the almonds are roasted and the crushed hazelnuts are mixed with whisked egg white. After 27 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 160°C, a unique product is created, available in packages of 250 grams. Best before 90 days.

Nocciolini: produced with hazelnuts, sweet and bitter almonds, sugar, egg white and finely ground rice starch. This soft dough is placed in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes. The result is delicious crispy product, sweet but with a light bitter flavour, available in packets of 250 grams.
