Focaccia with Peaches, Apricots, Pineapple

Typical speciality of our bakery, it is produced all year round in the shape of panettone and in the shape of a dove for Easter. It is a sweet of great softness and delicacy. It is produced with natural yeast “Mother Yeast”. Inside it is enriched with chunks of fruit cut by us: peaches, apricots and pineapple. When cooked, it is flavoured with a sprinkle ofmaraschino syrup to give it an unmistakable aroma and scent.
