The Duchess' Focaccia

Typical speciality of our bakery, produced with natural yeast “Mother Yeast” aimed at rediscovering the tastes of the beloved Duchess of Parma, Maria Luigia. Blending chocolate drops with the delicious cream filling with zabaglione and hazelnut makes this product one of a kind.

- It is produced all year round in the shape of panettone and In the shape of a dove for Easter. This type can be wrapped in paper.
