Food Valley Ancient Grains Focaccia

Typical speciality of our bakery, boasting a great softness and delicacy. It is produced with natural yeast “Mother Yeast”. Focaccia bread made with ancient grain varieties grown and harvested in the Food Valley. The ancient grain varieties are the barley and “grano del miracolo” (“miracle wheat”) which are toasted and combined with white chocolate.

- It is produced all year round in the shape of panettone and In the shape of a dove for Easter.
