During Easter time, all our focaccias are made with a dove-like shape.
Typical speciality of our bakery, boasting a great softness and sweetness. It is produced with natural yeast “Mother Yeast”. The high digestibility, lightness and softness are the qualities of this product. The ingredients, partly organic and partly of controlled quality, are combined with an extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian and candied fruit, allowing you to rediscover the ancient flavours and aromas of our hills.
