The high digestibility, lightness and softness are the qualities of this product. The ingredients, partly organic and partly of controlled quality, are combined with an extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian and candied fruit, allowing you to rediscover the ancient flavours and aromas of our hills.

- It is produced all year round in the shape of panettone and In the shape of a dove for Easter. this type can be wrapped in paper.
